Content on this website is general information about our services. It is not professional, technical, financial or legal advice, and it is not an offer, quotation, estimate or commitment of any kind. Any engagement between you and Verdan Forge Solution is governed solely by our signed written agreement, which prevails over anything stated on this website.

Results, figures and client outcomes

• Source. Every result shown is an outcome reported to us by the client named or described in that exhibit, for the engagement and period indicated.
• Not audited. Unless we expressly state otherwise, figures are not independently audited or verified by us or by any third party.
• Not a guarantee. No figure is a guarantee, projection or representation of the results any other client will achieve. Outcomes depend on operating context, data readiness, scope of adoption and client-side execution. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
• Substantiation. Each published figure is supported by a record we retain, identifying the client attestation, the metric definition, the baseline, and the measurement period. We publish only figures we can substantiate on request.
• Corrections. If a published figure is found to be inaccurate, or has ceased to reflect current circumstances, we will correct or withdraw it promptly. Requests to consult@verdanforge.com.my.

Illustrations, animations and interface demonstrations

Animated panels, counters, diagrams and interface demonstrations on this website are illustrative. They are designed to show how our systems move and handle data. Unless a panel is expressly labelled as a live feed from an operating system, the values displayed are representative examples, not real-time measurements of any client environment.

Some imagery on this website is created or edited using third-party artificial intelligence tools, and is then selected, composed, branded and finished by Verdan Forge. Imagery is illustrative: unless we expressly state otherwise, it is not a photograph of our engagements, it does not depict real individuals, clients, client sites, equipment or deployments, and it is not evidence of any result.

We claim rights only in the material we have created or curated, to the extent applicable law grants us those rights. We do not claim exclusive rights in AI-generated elements themselves, and we do not warrant that any image is unique. AI-generated imagery may also not attract copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

If you believe that any imagery on this website infringes your rights, or depicts you, your organisation, your site or your property without permission, please contact consult@verdanforge.com.my. We will review the matter in good faith and will remove or replace the imagery promptly.

Client names, logos and trademarks

• We identify a client by name, logo or mark only where that client has given us written permission to do so. Clients who prefer not to be identified are described by industry only.
• All third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance indicates an engagement between that organisation and Verdan Forge; it does not imply endorsement of any other product, service or statement.
• We do not name, rank or compare ourselves against competing providers, and we make no comparative performance claims about any other business.

We aim to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any page is free from error, complete, or continuously available. Content, including figures, may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Verdan Forge Solution is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on general information published on this website.
