Scope
This policy covers the Verdan Forge website (verdanforge.com), contact form, and any client data processed during engagements. It is written to align with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA 2010).
What we collect
We only collect what is needed to reply to you or deliver an engagement:
- Contact form: the details you enter (name, email, company, phone, message), delivered to us by email and WhatsApp through our own server — used only to respond, and not stored on this website.
- Newsletter sign-up (where offered): email address only — used only to send insights.
- Engagement data: operational data provided by the client is handled under the NDA and Data Engagement Agreement signed for that engagement, which set out permitted use, access, retention and deletion.
How we use it
- We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Some services we rely on — for example the web-font service used to display this site, and the email and messaging providers we use to deliver enquiries on our behalf — may receive limited technical data such as your IP address as a necessary part of serving the site or delivering your message.
- We do not use client data to train external models without explicit written consent.
- In production deployments, access is role-based; system actions are logged; retention is scoped to the engagement.
Your rights
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

Security
In production deployments we apply defence-in-depth: role-based access controls, audit logging, data-boundary controls, and encryption where appropriate to the agreed architecture. No system is 100% secure, but we design for containment and rapid response.
Legal notice, results and liability
This website is published by Verdan Forge Solution (Registration No. 202603242508 (003888818-U)) for general information about our services. It is not advice, and not an offer, quotation, estimate or commitment. Any engagement is governed solely by our signed written agreement, which prevails over anything published here.
- Figures we publish. Case-study figures are outcomes reported by the client named or described in that exhibit, for the period and baseline indicated. Unless expressly stated, they are not audited by us or by any third party. They are not a guarantee or projection of the results any other client will achieve — outcomes vary with operating context, data readiness and level of adoption. We retain a supporting record for each published figure and can substantiate it on request. If a figure becomes inaccurate or out of date, we will correct or withdraw it.
- Illustrative material. Animated panels, counters, diagrams and interface demonstrations on this website are illustrative. Unless a panel is expressly labelled as a live feed, the values shown are representative examples, not real-time measurements.
- Client names and marks. We identify a client by name or logo only where that client has given written permission. All third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners; their appearance indicates an engagement and does not imply endorsement of any other product, service or statement. We make no comparative claims about any other provider.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Verdan Forge Solution is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on general information published on this website. Nothing here limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or the Trade Descriptions Act 2011.
- Governing law. This website, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
